Hammond 1590Z145BK 200 x 100 mm Textured Black Diecast Enclosure

The 1590Z145BK is the 200 x 100 mm 1590Z145 diecast aluminum enclosure supplied painted in textured black. The powder paint covers the enclosure inside and out, so it suits equipment builders who want a darker, finished housing for sealed electronics in harsh or outdoor locations.

The diecast aluminum alloy body and lid join with tongue and groove construction and seal on a replaceable, one piece silicone rubber gasket rated from -40C to +150C (-40F to 302F). The gasket is packed loose inside the enclosure. Four recessed stainless steel machine screws, which are self-captivating and thread themselves on first installation, secure the lid into tapped holes.

Dimensions per the ordering table: 200 mm (7.87 in) long, 100 mm (3.94 in) wide, 80 mm (3.15 in) total depth, 20 mm (0.79 in) lid depth. The 1590Z145BK is RoHS and REACH compliant, and its blind wall-mount holes sit outside the gasket seal.
