Hammond 1590Z100PL 68.58 x 63.50 mm Galvanized Steel Inner Panel

The 1590Z100PL is the inner mounting panel for the 1590Z100 heavy-duty diecast aluminum enclosures, the 80 x 75 x 52 mm shelf-equipped size in the 1590Z Series. Electronics builders and OEM engineers use it as a removable plate for boards and small components, installed on the enclosure's internal mounting shelf.

The drawing calls for 16 gauge galvanized steel and gives panel dimensions of 68.58 x 63.50 mm (2.70 x 2.50 in); the part page lists 2.7 x 2.5 x 0.06 in (69 x 64 x 2 mm). Corners carry a 1.27 x 45.0 degree chamfer and an R7.11 mm [.28 in] radius.

The series ordering table lists the 1590Z100PL for 1590Z100, 1590Z100BK and 1590Z100GY enclosures, with SCGM4-50 as the extra panel screws. The shelfless 1590Z110 has no inner panel listed, so this plate is specific to the shelf-equipped version. Inner panels are sold separately from the enclosures.

The panel can be factory modified (milling, drilling, printing), and the drawing notes solid models are available in STEP or IGES. It ships shrink wrapped with a shipping weight of 0.14 lbs (0.06 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
