Hammond 1590Z063G Silicone Gasket 2-Pack for 150x64x36 mm Enclosure

The 1590Z063G supplies two pre-formed silicone rubber gaskets for the long 150 mm x 64 mm x 36 mm 1590Z063 enclosure and its black (1590Z063BK) and gray (1590Z063GY) versions. Service crews and OEM builders use it to restore the lid seal after repeated access or as spare stock for installed units.

The gasket material is silicone rubber; drawing G063 lists an alternate material manufactured by Shin-Etsu, Type KE-931U & KE-941U (1:1) mixture. An IP66 rating is given on the part page, and the 1590Z series gasket is rated for -40C to +150C (-40F to 302F).

According to the drawing, the gasket outline is 5.758 in x 2.369 in [146.26 mm x 60.17 mm] with a section A-A profile of 0.091 in x 0.079 in [2.30 mm x 2.00 mm]. It matches the enclosure listed at 5.91 in (150 mm) long, 2.52 in (64 mm) wide and 1.42 in (36 mm) total depth.
