Hammond 1590WMS50TBK Black Watertight Tamper-Resistant Screws, 50-Pack

The 1590WMS50TBK is a 50-pack of black, tamper-resistant, watertight stainless steel screws for imperial 1590 Series diecast aluminum enclosures. They use a Torx with Pin drive, so the lid of a finished enclosure cannot be opened with an ordinary screwdriver, which makes them a practical upgrade for installers and OEMs deploying boxes in public or unattended locations.

The black colour suits the textured black versions of the 1590 enclosures, which ship with black screws as standard. As the water-tight pack, the screws carry an IP65 rating, so they can replace the standard hardware on a watertight enclosure or be used when converting a standard box to watertight with a gasket kit.

The series hardware table lists this pack against 34 enclosure sizes, from the 1590LLB and 1590LB up to the 1590BX and 1590BX2. Most enclosures use four screws; the 1590BX, 1590BX2, 1590D, 1590DD, 1590DE, 1590E, 1590EE and 1590R1 use six, and the 1590F uses eight. The matching driver bit is SCDRIVET10-2.
