The 1590WMS50T is a 50-pack of tamper-resistant, watertight stainless steel screws for imperial 1590 Series diecast aluminum enclosures. The Torx with Pin drive prevents opening with a standard screwdriver, giving integrators and OEMs a simple security upgrade for enclosures installed in accessible or unattended places.
As the water-tight pack, the screws carry an IP65 rating, so they suit watertight 1590 enclosures and standard enclosures being converted to watertight with a gasket kit. The series literature reminds buyers to use watertight screws when making that conversion.
The series hardware table lists this pack for 34 enclosure sizes, including the 1590LLB, 1590LB, 1590A, 1590B, 1590BB, 1590N1, 1590KK, 1590XX and 1590BX. Most enclosures use four screws; 1590BX, 1590BX2, 1590D, 1590DD, 1590DE, 1590E, 1590EE and 1590R1 use six, and 1590F uses eight, so one pack can refit several boxes. Use screwdriver bit SCDRIVET10-2 to install them.
