The 1590WLLBF pairs the low-profile 1590LLB body (1.99 x 1.99 x 0.98 in / 51 x 51 x 25 mm) with a welded flanged bottom plate, in a natural watertight build. The flange allows direct mounting to a surface, making it a practical choice for installers and OEMs housing compact electronics where height is tight.
The drawing shows an overall length of 78.99 mm (3.110 in) across the flange, 67.72 mm (2.666 in) between mounting holes and a body of 50.50 x 50.50 mm at 25.00 mm high. Inside there is 45.63 x 45.63 mm with 21.00 mm of height, and the maximum PC board size is 44.83 x 44.83 mm.
Construction is diecast aluminum alloy for box and lid, with an unpainted, vibra-finished surface that is smooth with no sharp edges. Lap joint construction and a side wall draft angle of 2° or less are standard across the series.
It is designed to meet IP65 with the included silicone gasket, which ships loose inside. Four 6-32 UNC cover screws are included; recommended torque is 50-55 cN.m, or 25-30 cN.m with the gasket. RoHS and REACH compliant, shrink wrapped, 0.18 lbs (0.08 kg) shipping weight.
