The 1590WLLBFBK pairs the low-profile 1590LLB body (1.99 x 1.99 x 0.98 in / 51 x 51 x 25 mm) with a welded flanged bottom plate, in a black watertight build. The flange allows direct mounting to a surface, making it a practical choice for installers and OEMs housing compact electronics where height is tight.
The drawing shows an overall length of 78.99 mm (3.110 in) across the flange, 67.72 mm (2.666 in) between mounting holes and a body of 50.50 x 50.50 mm at 25.00 mm high. Inside there is 45.63 x 45.63 mm with 21.00 mm of height, and the maximum PC board size is 44.83 x 44.83 mm.
Construction is diecast aluminum alloy for box and lid, with textured black polyester powder paint, a finish the series literature describes as lasting even after machining, and it ships with black screws to match.
