The 1590P1FBK is a black textured 153 x 83 x 50 mm diecast aluminum enclosure with a flanged bottom plate. It serves integrators and OEMs who need a mid-sized metal box that bolts to a surface and presents a finished black appearance.
Its diecast aluminum alloy box and lid carry a tough polyester powder paint finish that lasts even after machining, and black screws are included to match. The bottom flange is welded to the box. Lap joint construction where lid and box meet guards against dust and splashing water, and the enclosure is designed to meet IP54.
The drawing shows 179.53 mm [7.068 in] overall length across the flange, a 153.00 x 83.10 mm box and 51.90 mm [2.043 in] overall height. Inside there is 145.69 x 75.79 x 45.50 mm of space, and maximum PC board dimensions are listed as 145.35 and 75.45 mm. The low side wall draft (2° or less) simplifies board mounting.
