The 1590NFLBK is the black painted, flanged-lid version of the 1590N diecast aluminum enclosure. The flanged lid gives an overall length of 149.50 mm [5.886"], so installers and OEM designers can mount a finished black enclosure by its lid while housing a P.C. board up to 112.24 mm by 56.34 mm.
It is made of diecast aluminum alloy, tough yet easy to machine, with a satin black polyester powder paint that gives a lasting finish even after machining. Black screws are included to enhance appearance. Lap joint construction protects against dust and splashing water for an IP54 rating, and internal ribs with a side wall draft angle of 2 degrees or less make board mounting easy.
