The 1590N1FLBK is the black flanged-lid version of the 121 x 66 x 40 mm 1590N1 enclosure. Its wall-mounting flange is part of the lid, and the textured black finish suits visible installations such as wall-mounted controls, indicator housings and customer-facing equipment.
Construction is diecast aluminum alloy for box and lid, coated with a tough polyester powder paint that holds up after machining. Black screws are included to enhance appearance. The lid and box meet in a lap joint that protects against dust and splashing water, and the part is designed to meet IP54.
The drawing gives an overall length of 149.50 mm [5.886 in] across the lid flange, a box width of 65.50 mm and a height of 39.80 mm. Inside, there is 115.91 x 60.21 mm of floor space and 35.45 mm of height. Side walls have a draft angle of 2° or less for PC board mounting.
Included: box, lid and 4 cover screws for factory-tapped 6-32 UNC holes. The water-tight black version is 1590WN1FLBK, and 1590NGASKET is the listed gasket kit if you want to upgrade to IP65 later. Shipping weight is 0.39 lbs (0.18 kg); RoHS and REACH compliant.
