The 1590BX2 is a natural-finish diecast aluminum enclosure from the 1590 Series that keeps the long 254 x 70 mm footprint of the 1590BX but trims the height to 35 mm. With no mounting flanges, it suits designers and OEM engineers who need to house a long, relatively flat circuit board in a slim metal case.
Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy, which is tough yet easy to machine. This unpainted version is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges.
