The 1590B3FLBK is the textured black 116 x 77 x 38 mm 1590B3 diecast aluminum enclosure with a wall-mounting flange integrated into the lid. It gives integrators and OEM builders a wide, wall-mountable instrument box with a painted finish.
Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy coated with tough polyester powder paint for a lasting finish, even after machining; black screws are included to enhance appearance. Lap joint construction where lid and box meet protects against dust and splashing water, and the standard version is designed to meet IP54.

From the drawing, overall length including the lid flange is 145.00 mm [5.709 in], width 77.00 mm [3.031 in] and height 37.50 mm [1.476 in], with an interior of 110.67 x 71.67 x 33.50 mm. Supplied shrink wrapped with box, lid and 4 cover screws in factory-tapped 6-32 UNC holes (50-55 cN.m [71-78 ozf.in] recommended). The water-tight version is 1590WB3FLBK, and the 1590B3GASKET kit fits. The 1590B3FLBK can be factory modified, with STEP or IGES models available.
