The 158Q is a 5 henry DC reactor rated for 150 mA DC and 400 VDC maximum operating voltage, a C10H-frame filter choke for high voltage supply filtering.
Against the 3.5H 157Q at the same 150 mA, the 158Q steps up to 5H in the C10H frame with 105 ohms of DC resistance.
