Hammond 1582T6C1BKRA 1U 6-Outlet Rotated 15A Basic PDU, Black

The 1582T6C1BKRA is a 1U, 19-inch rack mount basic power distribution unit with six front-facing NEMA 5-15R outlets, rated 125 VAC, 60 Hz, 15 Amps. It is intended for IT, AV and OEM installations where equipment in a rack or cabinet needs simple, code-compliant single-phase 125V distribution from the front of the unit. This version uses rotated outlets, which provide extra spacing for clearance of most plug-in transformers, and a red illuminated power indicator light rather than an on/off rocker switch.

Construction is painted steel, front and back, in a textured black finish. The series is finished in RAL9005 black or ASA61 gray powder coat and complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. A 15 Amp, 125 VAC resettable circuit breaker is built in to prevent accidental overload, and the supplied cord is heavy-duty 14 gauge, 14/3 SJT type for extreme temperature ranges with an integral moulded plug.

Overall dimensions are 1.72 in (44 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 2.66 in (68 mm) deep, for 1U horizontal 19" rackmount installation. Mounting centres shown on the drawing are 17.500 in, with an 18.188 in dimension across the panel and 6.500 in and 5.000 in reference spacings. Shipping weight is 3.54 lbs (1.61 kg).
