The 1554S2GYSL combines a light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate box with a smoked polycarbonate lid in the deep 160 x 160 x 90 mm nominal size (6.3 x 6.3 x 3.5 in, 91 mm total height). The tinted lid lets panel builders and OEM teams show indicator lights or displays while giving the contents a darker, less exposed look.
Rated IP68 and NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 & 13 on its part page, the 1554S2GYSL is molded from UV stabilized polycarbonate for outdoor use and is cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324. It carries UL94 V-0 (the series rating for smoked lids), an IK08 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021 and a recommended -40°C to +110°C operating range.

The purchased assembly includes the box, lid, four cover screws and a preformed silicone gasket. Four self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws close the tongue and groove lid into corrosion resistant inserts, at a recommended 43-57 oz f-in (30-40 cN-m). Wall-mounting holes are outside the gasket channel and double as the fixing points for the 1554FT foot kit. Shipping weight is 0.98 lbs (0.44 kg).
