Hammond 1554MPB3 3-Hole 22.5mm Polycarbonate Pushbutton Enclosure

The 1554MPB3 houses three 22.5 mm push buttons, pilot lights or selectors in a sealed polycarbonate enclosure, making it a natural fit for forward/reverse/stop or hand/off/auto stations. It is designed for integrators and maintenance teams working outdoors or in wet, dusty or wash-down areas. The 30.5 mm hole version is the 1554PB3.

Size is 7.87 in H x 4.72 in W x 3.56 in D with lid (200 x 120 x 90 mm) per the ordering table, with a nominal 7.9 x 4.7 x 3.5 in on the part page. It is built on the 1554U enclosure, has four Ø4.00 mm mounting holes outside the gasket seal, and ships at 0.73 lbs (0.33 kg).

The UL94 5VA polycarbonate is suitable for outdoor use and finished in light gray RAL 7035. Self-captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws thread into integral stainless steel bushings, and the preformed high temperature U.L. listed silicone gasket is replaceable. The base provides internal DIN rail mounting tabs, M3 brass inserts and standoffs for M3.5 or #6 self tapping screws, and molded vertical card guides for 1.5 mm PC boards.

Each 1554MPB3 includes box, lid, 4 cover screws and gasket; recommended torque is 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m). The optional 1554UPL galvanized steel inner panel measures 7.60 x 4.20 in, and 1554FT feet are available. Ratings: IP66, NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, cUL US Listed (E65324) and UL 508A approved; RoHS and REACH compliant.
