The 1554JGY is a 160 x 90 x 61 mm general purpose ABS enclosure in RAL 7035 light gray. It gives indoor electronics, control and instrumentation projects a gasketed, watertight housing in the narrow J size.
ABS versions are molded from general purpose material with a UL94-HB flame rating and are meant for indoor use. They are not UL listed but have been tested to and meet IP66, and they carry an IK07 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021. Recommended operating temperature is -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F).
The drawing shows an interior of about 152.91 x 77.00 x 54.50 mm with space for a PC board up to 77.47 x 147.32 mm. Molded DIN rail mounting tabs, threaded M3 brass inserts, standoffs for #6 self-tapping screws and vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards are all provided, and the 1554JPL steel inner panel can be added separately.
Sealing comes from a two-piece tongue and groove lid and a replaceable one-piece silicone gasket supplied loose in the box. Four included M4 stainless steel screws are self-captivating and thread into corrosion resistant bushings for repeated access. The 1554JGY weighs 0.51 lbs (0.23 kg) shipped.
