Part 1551MFLGY is a light gray (RAL 7035) ABS miniature enclosure whose lid has mounting flanges molded in. It is made for small circuit boards that need to be fixed to a wall or surface, or hung with a tie wrap, and can also be used as a potting box.

General purpose ABS plastic with a UL94 HB flame rating forms the 2 mm (0.08 in) thick walls. The lap joint between box and flanged lid protects against access of dust and splashing water, and the enclosure is designed to meet IP54.
You receive the box, lid and 2 #4 x 1/2 in self-tapping cover screws, nickel plated to match grey enclosures; tighten to 35-43 ozf.in (25-30 cN.m). Molded standoffs accept #2 x 3/16 in board screws, sold as 1551ATS100. Replacement nickel plated cover screws are 1591TS100.
The 1551MFLGY is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships in a bag at 0.04 lbs (0.02 kg), and is also offered in black as 1551MFLBK.
