Hammond 1550Z102FBK Black 90 x 36 x 30 mm Slim Flanged Diecast Box

The 1550Z102FBK is the black textured version of the slim 1550Z102F flanged enclosure, a thick-wall watertight diecast aluminum box with a strong spot-welded bottom flange. The ordering table gives a nominal body of 3.54 in (90 mm) x 1.42 in (36 mm) x 1.18 in (30 mm), and the part page lists 4.59 in x 1.43 in x 1.3 in (117 mm x 36 mm x 33 mm) overall with the flange.

The finish is a textured black polyester powder coat applied inside and out, with cleared areas around the internal grounding points. The drawing shows an inside length of 83.22 mm [3.28 in] and inside depth of 25.40 mm [1.00 in], and the part data allows a P.C. board up to 28.02 mm x 82.42 mm. Two piece tongue and groove construction guards against dust and water, and there are no internal ribs.
