Hammond 1550LSGASKET IP67 Silicone Lid Gasket Kit, 165×128 mm, 2-Pack

The 1550LSGASKET is a upgraded gasket kit for the 165 x 128 mm 1550L enclosure in natural or black, with or without a factory gasket (1550L, 1550LBK, 1550WL, 1550WLBK). Each kit includes two pre-formed silicone gaskets, sold as a pair, for builders and OEMs who need to raise the ingress protection of a diecast box beyond its standard rating.

Made of silicone, the gaskets carry a temperature rating of -40°C to +150°C (-40°F to 302°F), making this the choice when the enclosure sees cold or heat outside the range of the EVA foam option (1550LEGASKET, rated up to 65°C). The kit is tested to meet IP67 with properly installed gaskets and lid screws torqued at 55 cN.m.

Adhesive backing makes installation on the lid easy, and the gasket retainer on the 1550 lid gives accurate, steady positioning of the seal. The enclosure lid is held by M3.5 x 0.6 x 12 mm stainless steel screws, which should be torqued to 55 cN.m to achieve the IP67 rating.
