The 1485EH cover plate is sized for 8 x 8 NEMA 12 (N12) wireway. It closes the open end of an 8 x 8 wireway section or fitting, and the manufacturer states it maintains ratings on CSA and UL approved wireway, useful for integrators finishing large wiring runs on machines and in plants.
Construction is 10 gauge mild steel finished in ANSI 61 gray. Each cover plate includes a solid oil resistant gasket and hardware; the series sheet also lists one angled sealing plate included.
