The 1485CH cover plate closes the end of 4 x 4 NEMA 12 (N12) wireway. The manufacturer states that it maintains ratings on CSA and UL approved wireway, so a 4 x 4 run can be terminated without giving up its enclosure rating.
Each 1485CH is formed from 10 gauge mild steel and finished in ANSI 61 gray. A solid oil resistant gasket and hardware come with every cover plate, and the series sheet notes one angled sealing plate included.
