Hammond 1457UEP 2-Pack Flat EMI End Panel Kit, 1457U

The Hammond 1457UEP is a 2-pack replacement end panel kit without mounting flanges for 1457U enclosures in the 1457-EMI Series of EMI/RFI shielded extruded aluminum enclosures. The series ordering table lists it as the End Panel Kit (No Mounting Flanges) in a 2-pack for enclosure part numbers beginning with 1457U. It suits OEM engineers and technicians who need spare or additional end panels for these shielded cases.

The panels are die-cast aluminum alloy in black. Across the 1457-EMI Series, end panels are described as rugged yet easy to machine and are painted in a durable black satin powder paint, making them practical for adding connectors, switches or cable entries. 1457U enclosures use a 191.00 mm wide x 67.50 mm high extrusion profile in 160 mm, 220 mm and 280 mm lengths and take PCBs up to 186.00 mm wide. Conductive EMI gaskets (1457UEG-10) and water-tight gaskets (1457UPG-10) are sold separately in 10-packs, and replacement assembly screws come in packs of 100 as 1457MS100, with a recommended screw torque of 5 lbf/in. The 1457UEP ships in a bag at 0.25 lbs (0.11 kg). It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
