The 1457TWPF is the flanged end panel kit for 1457T enclosures, sold as a 2-pack. With integrated mounting flanges, it replaces the panels on flanged 1457T enclosures or gives a flat-panel 1457T the wall-mounting option.
Panels are die-cast aluminum finished in black. The 1457 series describes these end panels as rugged yet easy to machine diecast aluminum with full perimeter self-adhesive gaskets.
The series ordering table gives the 1457T extrusion as 165.50 mm wide and 54.00 mm high, in 160.00 mm and 220.00 mm lengths (1457T1601, 1457T1602, 1457T2201, 1457T2202 and their BK versions). The kit is type End Panels, Water-Tight, rated IP65.
The 1457 enclosures themselves ship complete with extruded body, diecast end panels, gaskets and hardware; extra end panel kits such as this one are sold separately. When refitting panels, the series specifies thread forming assembly screws black zinc plated to ASTM B633-13 and a recommended torque of 5 lbf/in.
Packed in a bag with a shipping weight of 0.22 lbs (0.10 kg). RoHS and REACH compliant. See 1457TWPF-10 for the 10-pack and 1457TWP for flat panels. Water-tight gaskets (1457TPG-10), EMI gaskets (1457TEG-10) and assembly screws (1457MS100) are also available.
