Hammond 1457KEPF-10 1457K Flanged EMI/RFI End Panel Kit, 10-Pack

The 1457KEPF-10 is a replacement kit of ten EMI/RFI flanged end panels with integrated mounting flanges with gaskets, listed by the manufacturer as the "1457K flanged end panels and gasket kit - 10/pack". It is intended for 1457-EMI series shielded enclosures whose part numbers begin with 1457K, and suits maintenance teams replacing damaged panels, engineers building spares for machined prototypes, or anyone converting between flat and flanged ends.

The panels are aluminum (die-cast alloy) in black, matching the series end panels that are painted in a durable black satin powder paint and are easy to machine for connectors and switches. In the 1457-EMI design, each end panel seals against the extruded body with a full-perimeter conductive foam/fabric gasket of Ni/Cu (nickel/copper) with CPSA (conductive pressure sensitive adhesive), and the kit carries an IP54 rating.

Because these panels have integrated mounting flanges, fitting them converts a flat-ended 1457K enclosure into a wall-mountable one. The flat-panel equivalents are 1457KEP (2-pack) and 1457KEP-10 (10-pack).

This 10-pack is the bulk option for production runs or spares stock; the kit ships in a bag with a shipping weight of 0.44 lbs (0.20 kg). The 1457KEPF-10 is RoHS and REACH compliant. Enclosure assembly screws are sold separately in packs of 100 as 1457MS100, with a recommended screw torque of 5 lbf/in, and water-tight or EMI replacement gaskets are also available as 1457KPG-10 and 1457KEG-10.
