The 1456CE2WHBU is a 15-degree sloped aluminum console from the 1456 Series with a contempra grey (beige) top panel and a textured blue case. It is one of the two smallest footprints in the series at 4.00 in wide and 5.50 in deep, with a gentle 15-degree slope rising from 1.10 in at the front to 2.00 in at the rear. Its small size suits compact console layouts that need a tilted top panel.

The case is made from 12 gauge aluminum (0.081 in, 2 mm) and the top from 14 gauge aluminum (0.064 in). The unit is sold pre-assembled, and the purchased assembly includes the case, cover, 4 cover screws and 4 rubber feet, so it arrives with the required mounting hardware and self-adhesive rubber feet. The recommended cover screw torque is 150-175 cN-m (13.3-15.5 lbf-in).
