The 1455TAL-10 is a 10-pack of clear anodized aluminum end panels for Hammond 1455T extruded aluminum enclosures. These are the flat panels used on metal end plate versions of the T-size enclosure, and extra panels are sold in 10-packs so panel builders and OEM production teams can keep spares or pre-machine panels for connectors, switches and displays.
This pack is the clear anodized option, matching clear-bodied enclosures such as 1455T2201. The ordering table lists these panels for use with metal end plate enclosures whose part numbers start with 1455T, and the full range comes in clear (1455TAL-10), black (1455TALBK-10), blue (1455TALBU-10) and red (1455TALRD-10) anodize. Because the accessory panels and bezels can be mixed, you can also combine panel and body colors.
Panels are made of aluminum with a clear (anodize) finish. The pack ships in a bag with a shipping weight of 0.76 lbs (0.34 kg), and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant.
On the enclosure, end panels are fastened with #6 x 3/8 in thread rolling steel screws with a #4 flat head phillips drive at a recommended torque of 5 lbf-in. Screws are not listed as part of the 1455TAL-10; replacement screws are available separately as 1455MS100 (natural) or 1455MS100BK (black), 100 per pack.
