Hammond 1455LBY-10 Yellow ABS Open Bezels, 10-Pack

1455LBY-10 is a 10-pack of yellow open bezels for 1455L extruded aluminum enclosures. Open bezels are the plastic frames that sit around the flat aluminum end panels on the metal end plate versions of the 1455 Series; each complete metal end plate enclosure ships with two open plastic bezels in black. This pack is for designers, repair benches and product builders who want spares or a different accent colour on a 1455L housing.

The bezels are moulded from ABS plastic in yellow. Because accessory panels and bezels can be mixed and matched, you can pair yellow bezels with clear, black, blue or red anodized aluminum end panels and housings to colour-code products or instrument variants.

The 1455L extrusion that these bezels fit is 103 mm wide and 30.5 mm deep and is built in 80, 120, 160 and 220 mm lengths (1455L801, 1455L1201, 1455L1601 and 1455L2201 families), so one bezel part covers every metal end plate 1455L length. Ten bezels re-equip five enclosures, two per enclosure.

The series fastens its end panels with #6 x 3/8 in thread-rolling steel screws with a #4 flat head Phillips drive, at a recommended torque of 5 lbf-in; replacement screws come in packs of 100 as 1455MS100BK (black) or 1455MS100 (natural). 1455LBY-10 is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships in a bag at 0.11 lbs (0.05 kg). The same bezel in yellow is also sold as 1455LBY, and other colours include black, red, yellow, translucent red and translucent blue.
