Hammond 1455LF Clear Anodized Flanged End Panel Kit, Pair

1455LF is a clear anodized flanged end panel kit for 1455L extruded aluminum enclosures. The kit replaces the standard flat ends with aluminum end panels that extend into mounting flanges, so a 1455L housing can be screwed down to a panel, chassis, wall or equipment base instead of sitting loose on rubber feet. It suits OEM engineers, control panel builders and installers who need a small PC board enclosure fixed in place.

The kit is sold as a pair (two panels total) and includes black pan head assembly screws. The panels are aluminum in a clear anodized finish, matching clear anodized 1455L housings. Replacement screws for the flange kits are available as part 1455MSFL100BK (100-pack).

From the manufacturer's drawing, each flanged panel measures 103.00 mm [4.055 in] across - the full width of the 1455L extrusion - and 37.10 mm [1.461 in] overall. The flanges carry four Ø4.00 mm [0.157 in] mounting holes, with 95.02 mm [3.741 in] between hole centres across the width. The 1455L extrusion itself is 103 mm wide by 30.5 mm deep and comes in 80, 120, 160 and 220 mm lengths, so one kit fits any of them.
