Hammond 1455KAL-10 1455K Clear Anodized Aluminum End Panels, 10-Pack

The 1455KAL-10 is a pack of 10 clear anodized aluminum end panels for 1455K enclosures. They are for use with 1455K metal end plate enclosures such as the 1455K1201 and 1455K1601, and are useful to production teams keeping spares or to engineers who machine end panels for connectors and controls.

Each panel is aluminum with a clear anodize finish, supplied ten to a bag with a shipping weight of 0.31 lbs (0.14 kg). The 1455 series is designed so that accessory panels and bezels allow mixing and matching of colours; the 1455K aluminum end panels are also offered in black, blue and red anodize. The panels are RoHS and REACH compliant.

On clear anodized 1455 enclosures the series lists natural end panel screws, with 1455MS100 (quantity 100) as the natural replacement screw. The recommended screw torque for 1455 end panel screws is 5 lbf-in.

In the 1455 series, 1455K enclosures are 78 mm wide by 43 mm deep extruded aluminum housings offered in 80, 120 and 160 mm lengths, and the versions with metal end plates ship with two flat aluminum end panels color matched to the housing plus two open black plastic bezels. End panels are secured with #6 x 3/8 in thread rolling steel screws with a #4 flat head phillips drive.
