The 1431-34BK3 is the satin black bottom plate for the 17 in x 12 in chassis of the 1441 Series. It closes the underside of the 18 gauge 1441-34BK3 and 1441-36BK3 satin black chassis, and the ordering table also lists it for the grey 1441-34 and 1441-36.
The plate is 17 in x 12 in x 0.04 in (432 mm x 305 mm x 1 mm). Per the drawing, the bottom plate is 0.036 in steel and the mating chassis is 0.048 in steel. The finish is satin black powder paint, and the plate is punched with 4 holes of 3/16 in diameter to line up with the 1/8 in holes the chassis includes for installation.
