Hammond 1427NCGPG29G PG29 Gray Nylon Cable Gland, 18-25 mm Range

For gray enclosures carrying larger cable, the 1427NCGPG29G provides a PG29 liquid-tight entry in gray (RAL 7035) nylon. It grips and seals round cable from 18 mm (0.71 in) to 25 mm (0.98 in) where it enters or leaves the housing, suiting control-panel builders and facilities teams.

The cordgrip combines a nylon body with an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal and a large opening that takes a wide range of diameters. Its strain relief elements tighten in a circular sequence on the sealing ring, giving firm retention without twisting or damaging the cable. A nylon locknut and EPDM o-ring are packed with each gland.

Protection is IP68, and the 1427NCG series is designed to meet NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. The part is UL listed, rated UL94 V-2 for flammability, and RoHS and REACH compliant. It operates from -40°C to 100°C in a static state (up to 120° instantaneous) and -20°C to 80°C in a dynamic state (up to 100° instantaneous).
