Hammond 1427NCGM40B 32 mm Cable M40x1.5 Black Nylon Cordgrip, 22

The 1427NCGM40B is a black nylon liquid-tight cordgrip sized for large cables: it has an M40x1.5 metric thread and accepts cable from 22 mm to 32 mm in diameter. It is used where cable enters or leaves an enclosure and needs both a liquid-tight seal and strain relief.

The black (RAL 9005) nylon body works with an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal, and the large opening allows a wide range of cable diameters. Strain relief elements tighten in a circular sequence on the sealing ring, so the cable is gripped firmly without twisting or damage. A nylon locknut and EPDM o-ring are included.

This part needs a 1.57 in (40 mm) mounting hole. Outer length (L) is 1.89 in (48 mm) and inner thread length (T) is 0.51 in (13 mm). Wire diameter spans 0.87 in (22 mm) to 1.26 in (32 mm).
