The 1427NCGM32G is a gray nylon liquid-tight cordgrip with an M32x1.5 metric thread, for cable entering or leaving an enclosure. In gray (RAL 7035), it clamps cable from 18 mm to 25 mm, and suits light-gray panels and boxes.
It pairs a nylon body with an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal. The wide opening accommodates a broad range of cable diameters, and the strain relief elements tighten in a circular sequence on the sealing ring to hold the cable without twisting or damaging it. A nylon locknut and EPDM o-ring are included.
Installation uses a 1.26 in (32 mm) mounting hole. The gland has an outer length (L) of 1.46 in (37 mm) and an inner thread length (T) of 0.43 in (11 mm). Guide torque for M32 is 7–8 N-m for the sealing nut and 4–7 N-m for the locknut. Pick the cordgrip with the smallest maximum diameter that fits your cable; here that maximum is 25 mm.
The 1427NCGM32G is UL listed, rated UL94 V-2 for flammability, provides IP68 protection and is designed to meet NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and operates from -40°C to 100°C static (up to 120° instantaneous) or -20°C to 80°C dynamic (up to 100° instantaneous).
