Hammond VFMFP8BK 8 in Solid Steel Inner Panel, Black Textured

The VFMFP8BK is a solid inner panel (filler panel) sized for 8 in wide VFM Series double-sided vertical cable managers. It is intended for IT and network integrators, data center technicians and telecom installers who want to separate the front and rear cable channels of a vertical manager with a solid barrier instead of an open pass-through.

Within the VFM Specific Accessories range, the solid inner panel is the closed alternative to the spool/divider inner panel (VFMAP8BK). Installing the panel closes off the rear pass-through openings in the manager channel, so cables routed in the front channel stay in the front channel. The series cable fill data notes that the published rear opening quantities are given without accessory inner panels installed.

VFMFP8BK is fabricated from mild steel and finished in painted black textured, matching the black powder coat finish used across the VFM Series. The panel measures 20.63 in x 7.82 in x 0.06 in (524 mm x 199 mm x 2 mm); the part drawing shows overall dimensions of 20.62 in (524 mm) high by 7.86 in (200 mm) wide.
