Hammond THK3 Tee Locking 3-Point Handle Kit, Doors 60 in and Over

The Hammond THK3 is a NEMA 12 (Type 12) 3-point handle kit with a "T" (tee) locking handle, designed for field installation on most 1418 Series single door enclosures (it does not fit the 1418 J Series). It is intended for panel builders, electricians and maintenance teams who need to add or replace a secure door handle on an existing 1418 enclosure in the field.

As a three point kit, THK3 includes a handle, latch cam, latch rods and adjustable rod guides. The latch rod ends have rollers for easier door closing, and the rods secure the door at three points rather than one. The tee-style handle is a locking design, identified in the HK Series table as a Tee Locking Handle. It is the longer of the two 3-point versions, listed by the manufacturer for doors greater than 60" (the HK Series ordering table describes it as a "3 point latch 60" and over").

All parts in the kit are plated or painted for corrosion resistance. The kit ships at 5 lbs (2.27 kg) in box packaging. THK3 is REACH and RoHS compliant and carries UPC 623980821955 and UNSPSC 39121321 for procurement systems.
