Hammond STA146 Aluminum Inner Panel for 220 x 165 mm RP Enclosures

The STA146 is the optional aluminum (metal) inner panel for the 220 x 165 mm size of Hammond's RP Series water-tight ABS and polycarbonate enclosures. It gives OEM engineers and panel builders a flat, removable metal plate on which to mount components, terminal blocks or sub-assemblies inside the enclosure instead of fixing parts directly to the plastic.

According to its drawing, the panel measures 205.00 x 150.00 mm (8.07 x 5.91 in) and is 1.00 mm (0.04 in) thick. The part page lists the material as aluminum with a natural aluminum colour, and the short description reads RP METAL INNER PANEL.
