The SDA412-2 is a breather kit supplied as a package of two pressure compensation plugs. It provides controlled pressure compensation in an enclosure as temperatures swing, for example between night and day operation. Because two plugs per cabinet in opposite locations are recommended, this pack gives panel builders and maintenance crews what one cabinet needs.
The plug is polycarbonate rated UL94V0 in RAL 7035 Light Gray, with a UV rating per UL746C (F1). It includes a sealing gasket and offers IP55 protection when mounted vertically, or IP54 in other orientations. The operating temperature range is -45 °C to +70 °C.
Dimensions are 2.6 in diameter by 1.2 in depth (listed as 2.6 x 1.19 in). The SDA412-2 mounts through a PG 29 (1.14 in) thread with a union nut and requires a minimum cutout diameter of 1.46 in, so installation is a matter of cutting one round hole, fitting the plug with its sealing gasket and tightening the union nut from inside the enclosure wall.
