Hammond RZ0373GASKET Replacement Lid Gasket 2-Pack for 200 x 120 mm Box

The RZ0373GASKET is a two-pack of replacement lid gaskets for the RZ Series water-tight enclosures that share the 200 mm x 120 mm x 75 mm body size: the beige ABS RZ0373 and RZ0373C and the gray polycarbonate RZ0269 and RZ0269C. It is intended for panel builders, OEM engineers and maintenance teams who need to renew the seal on one of these boxes after service or modification.

Each gasket measures 7.65 in x 4.5 in x 0.1 in (194 mm x 114 mm x 3 mm). In the RZ Series, the lid is gasketed and uses a two-piece tongue and groove construction that provides protection against access of oil, dust and water, and the enclosures are designed to meet IP65. The wall-mounting holes sit outside the gasket perimeter using through box, blind hole construction, so the seal line is not interrupted by the wall fixings.

The matching enclosures have a maximum PCB size of 191.09 mm x 111.09 mm and are suited to mounting printed circuit boards or DIN rail mounted components. The ABS versions are suggested for indoor use (UL94-HB, RAL1013, -30 degrees C to +80 degrees C), while the polycarbonate versions are suggested for outdoor use (UL94-V2, RAL7035, -40 degrees C to +130 degrees C).

The RZ0373GASKET is RoHS and REACH compliant. When cleaning or reworking the enclosure, note the series chemical resistance guidance: acetone, ketones, ethers, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, thread locking compounds, cutting or tapping fluid, and strong solvents are known to adversely affect these plastic enclosures.
