Hammond RSDP19017BK2 10U Hinged Solid Rack Security Door, Black

The RSDP19017BK2 is a 10U hinged solid rack security door finished in black (RAL9005), designed to lock down a full 10 rack unit section of equipment while still allowing complete access when the door is swung open. It is intended for IT and network teams, AV integrators and facilities staff who need section-level security on open frame racks, shelves and shared rack deployments without moving to a fully enclosed cabinet.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with folded edges for added rigidity and durability, protected by a powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. An integrated lock with two keys is part of the design, helping prevent unauthorized access and tampering in telecom rooms, server rooms and multi-user racks.

Overall dimensions are 17.50 in (445 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide with a shallow 0.63 in (16 mm) depth, and the mounting dimensions match at 17.50 in (445 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide. The part drawing shows a front panel height of 17.38 in (441 mm) and four 0.25 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes. Shipping weight is 8 lbs (3.63 kg).

The door installs directly to standard 19-inch EIA rack rails for universal compatibility, so RSDP19017BK2 can be added to existing open racks and relay racks in the field. If you only need smaller, localized protection over a single device or shelf, the RMSC Series may be a better fit.
