Hammond RSDL19063BK1 36U Louvered Locking Door, Black 16-Gauge Steel

The RSDL19063BK1 is a 36U louvered flush door from the Hammond RSD Series of locking doors, sized for the 63.00 in (1600 mm) REFK1906324 frame. It is intended for IT, AV and facilities teams that need to secure and ventilate an open rack frame or cabinet without changing the rack footprint, and for integrators finishing a cabinet build with a lockable front or rear closure.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat. The louvered panel provides passive airflow openings across the face of the door, and the finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The door measures 62.75 in (1594 mm) high by 18.84 in (478 mm) wide per the part drawing, with a .53 in (13 mm) profile, and ships at 33 lbs (14.97 kg).

Because the door and cabinet are symmetrical, RSDL19063BK1 can be mounted with a right-hand or left-hand hinge, so swing direction can be decided on site to suit aisle clearance. An installed lock and two keys are supplied for basic physical security, along with the mounting hardware needed for installation. A matching light gray version, RSDL19063LG1, is listed in the same series table if the installation calls for RAL 7035.
