Hammond RRSSR Square Hole Rack Rail Support, 60 lb Capacity

The RRSSR is a patented square-hole rack rail support from the RRS Series Rack Equipment Installation Tool line, designed for installers, IT technicians, AV integrators and field service teams who mount equipment into 19-inch EIA racks. Acting as a temporary support or "third hand," it holds the weight of servers, rack shelves, UPS systems, NVRs and network appliances while mounting hardware is secured, allowing many installations to be completed by a single technician.

The support is formed from 14-gauge mild steel and finished in a durable gray powder coat that provides long-lasting protection in demanding installation environments. It temporarily holds equipment weighing up to 60 lb (27 kg). The tool-free design latches onto front and rear rack rails without screws or fasteners, so it installs in seconds and removes just as quickly once the equipment is fastened in place.

This version is configured for square-hole rails with 3/8" square hole compatibility, making it suited to most standard square-hole 19-inch EIA rack systems. Companion versions cover threaded rails (10-32 and 12-24). RRSSR is the single-pack part number; the RRS Series is available as a single set (4 supports) or a 20-set contractor pack (80 supports, part number RRSSR20) for installers and large deployment projects.

RRSSR is manufactured in North America within an ISO 9001 certified facility and is protected by a U.S. patent. It is TAA-compliant, USMCA compliant, and RoHS and REACH compliant. Shipping weight is 0.08 lbs (0.04 kg).
