Hammond RP108GASKET Replacement Lid Gasket 2-Pack, 105 x 75 mm Boxes

The RP108GASKET is a two-pack of replacement lid gaskets for RP Series enclosures with a 105 x 75 mm (4.13 x 2.95 in) footprint. Its short description, RP108/RP109 GASKET- 2PK, identifies the two enclosure families it serves. Keep it as a spare to reseal a lid after the original gasket has been damaged, lost or permanently compressed.

The series ordering table lists RP108GASKET in the Replacement Gasket (2-pk) column for the following bottom flange enclosures:

• RP1085BF / RP1085BFC (light gray ABS) and RP1080BF / RP1080BFC (off-white polycarbonate) - 105 mm x 75 mm x 40 mm
• RP1095BF / RP1095BFC (light gray ABS) and RP1090BF / RP1090BFC (off-white polycarbonate) - 105 mm x 75 mm x 55 mm

In the RP Series the lid uses two piece "tongue & groove" construction with a rubber gasket that protects against access of oil, dust and water; the enclosures are designed to meet IP65. The gasket is supplied with each enclosure and must be field installed. The 40 mm and 55 mm tall versions of this size share the gasket, so it covers eight bottom flange enclosure part numbers in ABS and polycarbonate.

The RP108GASKET is RoHS and REACH compliant, with UPC 623980524078 and UNSPSC 39121301. The inner panels listed for the same enclosures are STC109 (plastic) and STA109 (aluminum), and extra lid screws (SC619-50, M3.5-0.6 x 10mm) and PC board screws (SC622-50, M3 x 6mm) are sold in 50-packs.
