Hammond RP103GASKET Replacement Lid Gasket 2-Pack, 95 x 50 mm Boxes

The RP103GASKET is a two-pack of replacement lid gaskets for the narrow 95 x 50 mm (3.74 x 1.97 in) RP Series enclosures. Its short description, RP103/RP104 GASKET- 2PK, covers both the 40 mm and the 50 mm tall versions of this footprint, making it a practical spare for technicians who maintain handheld or narrow instrument housings.

The series ordering table lists RP103GASKET in the Replacement Gasket (2-pk) column for the following bottom flange enclosures:

• RP1035BF / RP1035BFC (light gray ABS) and RP1030BF / RP1030BFC (off-white polycarbonate) - 95 mm x 50 mm x 40 mm
• RP1045BF / RP1045BFC (light gray ABS) and RP1040BF / RP1040BFC (off-white polycarbonate) - 95 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm

In the RP Series the lid uses two piece "tongue & groove" construction with a rubber gasket that protects against access of oil, dust and water; the enclosures are designed to meet IP65. The gasket is supplied with each enclosure and must be field installed. Because the 40 mm and 50 mm tall enclosures share the same 95 x 50 mm lid, one gasket part number serves eight enclosure part numbers across ABS and polycarbonate, opaque and clear lids.

The RP103GASKET is RoHS and REACH compliant, with UPC 623980524054 and UNSPSC 39121301. The inner panels listed for the same enclosures are STC104 (plastic) and STA104 (aluminum), and extra lid screws (SC619-50, M3.5-0.6 x 10mm) and PC board screws (SC622-50, M3 x 6mm) are sold in 50-packs.
