Hammond RP102GASKET Replacement Lid Gasket 2-Pack, 65 x 60 mm Boxes

The RP102GASKET is a two-pack of replacement lid gaskets for the smallest RP Series water-tight enclosures, the 65 x 60 x 40 mm (2.56 x 2.36 x 1.57 in) size. Its short description, RP101/RP102 GASKET- 2PK, identifies the enclosure family it serves. Maintenance technicians and OEMs keep it on hand to restore the lid seal after a gasket is lost, damaged or compressed during repeated opening.

The series ordering table lists RP102GASKET in the Replacement Gasket (2-pk) column for the following bottom flange enclosures:

• RP1025BF / RP1025BFC (light gray ABS) and RP1020BF / RP1020BFC (off-white polycarbonate) - 65 mm x 60 mm x 40 mm

In the RP Series the lid uses two piece "tongue & groove" construction with a rubber gasket that protects against access of oil, dust and water; the enclosures are designed to meet IP65. The gasket is supplied with each enclosure and must be field installed. Because it serves only one enclosure size, this gasket is simple to specify: every opaque and clear lid, ABS and polycarbonate version of the 65 x 60 mm bottom flange box uses it.

The RP102GASKET is RoHS and REACH compliant, with UPC 623980524047 and UNSPSC 39121301. The inner panels listed for the same enclosures are STC102 (plastic) and STA102 (aluminum), and extra lid screws (SC619-50, M3.5-0.6 x 10mm) and PC board screws (SC622-50, M3 x 6mm) are sold in 50-packs.
