The RM3U0808SBK and RM3U0808VBK half-width drawings note that the mounting flange is not included and list "MTG. Flange w/ Screws RM3UMTGFL" as the accessory, so this pair is how those 3U cases gain flange mounting. Per the series sheet, the flanges include enclosure mounting screws.
The flange is aluminum in black.
