The RM3U22BKSP is a replacement side panel for 3U RM Series rack-mount aluminum enclosures that are 22.00 in (559 mm) deep. It is sold individually, making it easy for maintenance teams and OEM builders to replace a damaged side, stock a spare, or keep a panel for modification without reordering a complete chassis.
The series side panels are extruded aluminum 0.125" (3.2 mm) thick and finished in textured black powder coat. On the part drawing this panel measures 558.80 mm [22.000 in] long and [5.220 in] high, with threaded 4x 10-32 UNF-2B holes and 6X Ø4.20 mm [0.165 in], both sides; 4 X 0.157 in thru, countersunk 7.50 mm [0.295 in] x 82.0°; 6X Ø4.78 mm [0.188 in].
Side panels in the RM Series are matched to the enclosure by rack height and depth. For the same 22.00 in (559 mm) depth the other heights are RM1U22BKSP, RM2U22BKSP, RM4U22BKSP, RM5U22BKSP, so check that your chassis is 3U before ordering the RM3U22BKSP. Enclosure side panels are interchangeable, and as with all powder-coated RM panels they are not grounded to the frame, so the grounding method is determined by the customer.
Shipping weight is 3 lbs (1.36 kg). The panel is RoHS and REACH compliant and carries UPC 623980562926 and UNSPSC 43201602.
