RH3195A is the battery-door version of the 190 x 102 x 40.5 mm (series table) RH Series hand-held enclosure, with a nominal 7.48 x 3.94 x 1.57 in (190 x 100 x 40 mm) on the part page. It is built for battery-powered instruments using a long PCB, up to 179.07 x 91.17 mm.
The case is molded in light gray general purpose ABS with a light texture; the material is rated UL94 HB. A lap joint provides some protection against dust accumulation and splashing water, and the removable front panel helps with modifications. The lid uses M3-0.5 x 25 mm cover screws (SC611-50), and the series describes M3 machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings for repeated assembly and disassembly.
Molded standoffs in both halves accept M2.6 self-tapping PCB screws. The purchased assembly includes the box, lid, 4 PCB screws, end panel, battery door and 4 lid screws; recommended torque is (43-50) Ozf.in / (30-35) cN.m.
