Hammond RDRW1900822BK1 5U 22in Deep Locking Rack Drawer, 107 lb Load

The RDRW1900822BK1 is a 5U locking rack storage drawer designed to add secure, organized storage inside a standard 19-inch EIA-310-E rack or cabinet. It suits IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams that need tools, test gear, media, documentation or a laptop kept safe and close to the equipment they service.

The drawer is built from mild steel (the RDRW Series uses 14- and 16-gauge steel) and finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat, a finish that is GREENGUARD Gold Certified, TSCA and RoHS compliant. A heavy-duty sliding mechanism gives 22.00 in (559 mm) of travel for full access to the contents, and a front locking pull handle with keyed lock and two keys secures what is inside. A cable pass-through is provided in the rear of the drawer.

Overall dimensions are 8.75 in (222 mm) high by 17.36 in (441 mm) wide by 22.25 in (565 mm) deep, occupying 5U of rack height, with usable interior space of 8.14 in (207 mm) high and 21.33 in (542 mm) deep. Load capacity is 107 lbs (48.5 kg); the series is rated up to 145 lb (66 kg) in 4-post installations and 60 lb (27 kg) in 2-post racks. The 19.00 in (483 mm) front panel mounts to standard rack rails, and the drawing shows a mounting depth range of 22.10 in to 27.88 in (561 mm to 708 mm).

Each RDRW1900822BK1 ships with the drawer, two keys, eight 10-32 x 0.625 in screws, two rear drawer support brackets, four 8-32 Keps nuts and assembly and installation instructions. The rear support brackets mount to the rear rack rails for added stability. The drawer is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility.
