Hammond RDRW1900712BK1 4U Locking Rack Drawer, 12 in Deep, 145 lb

The RDRW1900712BK1 is a 4U locking rack storage drawer for standard 19-inch EIA-310-E racks and cabinets. It gives IT teams, AV and telecom integrators, and industrial maintenance crews a secure place to keep tools, test gear, spare parts, media and documentation inside the rack instead of on a bench across the room.

The RDRW Series is built from 14 and 16-gauge steel with smooth sliding rails, a front locking pull handle and a keyed lock. This part number is finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat (a RAL7035 light gray version, RDRW1900712LG1, is also part of the series). The powder coat finishes used on the series are GREENGUARD Gold Certified, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the drawer body is mild steel.

Overall dimensions are 7.00 in (178 mm) high by 17.36 in (441 mm) wide by 12.25 in (311 mm) deep, occupying 4U of rack space. Usable interior space is 6.39 in (162 mm) high and 11.33 in (288 mm) deep, with 12.00 in (305 mm) of slide travel for full access to the contents. Weight capacity is 145 lbs (65.8 kg); the series rates 4-post installations up to 145 lb (66 kg) and 2-post racks at 60 lb (27 kg). Shipping weight is 24.01 lbs (10.89 kg).

Two rear drawer support brackets are supplied and mount to the rear rack rails, suiting rail depths from 22.10 in to 27.88 in (561 mm to 708 mm). The assembly ships with two keys, 10-32 x 0.625 in screws, 8-32 Keps nuts and assembly and installation instructions, and the drawer includes a rear cable pass-through. RDRW1900712BK1 is TAA-compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant, and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility.
